2. Calculate Funding Fee Amount
Funding Fee = (Home Price โˆ’ Down Payment) ร— Funding Fee Rate
3. Final Loan Amount

Final Loan = (Home Price โˆ’ Down Payment) + Funding Fee

4. Monthly Payment (Standard EMI Formula)

5. Amortization with Extra Prepayments

Each month: Interest = Balance ร— Monthly Rate
Principal portion = (Base EMI + Extra Prepayment) โˆ’ Interest
New Balance = Previous Balance โˆ’ Principal portion
